Looking Back
I navigated the complexities of developing feasible and viable solutions while adhering to IDEO's Human Centered Design process. Initially, the project seemed enigmatic, with a vague problem statement and divergent client expectations. However, through stakeholder engagement, my team and I clarified the problem and understood the hospital's constraints.
