Project Material
Description
A safety enhancement device designed for elderly electric cyclists. The product alerts riders when they exceed a safe speed threshold of 18 km/h.
Looking Back
Working on the Bikewise project significantly enhanced my skills in technology and realization. As the initiator of the project idea, I led the conceptual phase and discovered the method to calculate speed using a hall effect sensor. This hands-on experience in coding, circuits and 3D modelling broadened my technical expertise.
